Drink water and stay hydrated

Dr. Robertson recommends you to drink half your body weight in water (in ounces).

Dr. Robertson recommends her patients to at least 3 times a day for 10-15 minutes. Do not apply directly on the skin as it may cause frostbite. Please do not apply heat. Heat will increase swollen and will bring blood to the surface. The ice will reduce swelling and relieve pain.
